Association of real estate Charlotte

The National Association of Realtors has received $5,000 to the possibility of Foundation House, charitable arm of the regional association of real estate Charlotte.

The Foundation will use the money to publicize its funding base, CarolinaHomePrograms.com, throughout the Charlotte area.

The site launched last summer, it gives access to a variety of resources for the financing of the House in the region. Helps home buyers with information on the assistance programmers’ of exclusion with the fence, grants, costs and down payment assistance programs housing mortgages below the market rate and financial and forgivable loans.
