New building height limits

This order was in works for almost two years, about Charlotte Real Estate and the members of real estate and construction coalition was involved in the process from the beginning. Although we are satisfied with the final product deals with most of the technical issues, the theme still has to ask: was necessary regulation.

This month, the Charlotte City Council will vote on a request to establish new building height limits in residential neighborhoods about Charlotte Real Estate.


If adopted, the regulations that cap in all new buildings - single-family homes, condominiums, apartments, churches and schools – built in a residential area of zoning.
